How to add your Survey Takers to ClickFunnels Using Zapier

You can add contacts to ClickFunnels through Zapier using a webhook. This enables you to send your Survey Funnel optin information to ClickFunnels.

To do this you need:

Your survey setup in Survey Funnel including a Zapier outcome (You should go through the survey once to create data):

Your Survey Funnel account integrated with Zapier and your Zapier outcome labeled:

Your ClickFunnels optin page integrated with the correct list:

How to Integrate ClickFunnels with your Survey and Zapier

In Zapier, click 'Make a Zap':

Select Survey Funnel as the 'Trigger App':

Select 'New Survey Entry' and click 'Save + Continue':

Confirm your Survey Funnel account and click 'Save + Continue':

Select the Survey and Outcome to be integrated with ClickFunnels:

Click 'Fetch & Continue':

Click 'Continue' after the successful test:

Click 'Webhooks' for the Action App:

Select POST (fire off a single POST request as a form or JSON) for the Webhooks by Zapier Action then click 'Save + Continue':

Copy the URL for your optin page which appears in the address bar:

Paste this URL into the URL box for your Webhook:

Add ?email= to the end of the URL and click the plus button to select the email field:

After the email field is added, it will look like this:

If you want to add the name to your ClickFunnels list also, at the end of the first field add &name= and then plus to add the Name field:

Once the name is added the URL looks like this:

Scroll down and click 'Continue', 'Create + Continue' and then click 'Finish':

Name your Zap and be sure to turn it on:

Visit the deploy URL for your survey and complete the survey again to test the integration.

When you visit your Contacts and your email list in ClickFunnels your new emails should be populated. This could take some time as there is a delay in checking the zaps:

The new info is added to Contacts:

And the new subscriber has been added to the list:
